Florida Class Action Lawsuit filed against GreenSky, LLC

The Simring Law Group has filed a Florida class action against GreenSky LLC, a Georgia lender, for elder exploitation for financing a “bait and switch” scheme by a Tamarac chiropractor, who is luring senior citizens into his clinic using a false advertisement promising LED light therapy and then injecting them with stem cells to treat neuropathy without FDA authorization.
