Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against BMW, Braman, and Progressive Select Insurance Company

The Simring Law Group has filed a #classaction lawsuit against BMW, Braman, and Progressive Select Insurance Company for illegally requiring consumers to repair leased vehicles with new engines. BMW’s Lease is ambiguous as to whether a new engine is required to repair the vehicle. The Policy is equally ambiguous as to whether a new engine is covered by insurance.

As a consequence, Braman and BMW strong arm customers into paying almost $7,000 on top of their deductible for the price of a new engine — or else BMW takes the vehicle out of warranty and charges the customer an additional fee at lease-end.
